Beyond logging

Traditional application logs tell you what happened. But they can be edited, deleted, or lost. When AI agents are making decisions that affect customers, finances, and compliance — you need something stronger.

What an immutable ledger provides

Every action an Aegis agent takes is recorded in a cryptographically signed ledger. The intent, the policy evaluation, the decision, the outcome, and any side effects — all timestamped and attributed. Nothing can be altered after the fact.

Why it matters for enterprise

Regulators don't accept "the AI decided" as an explanation. With an immutable audit trail, you can reconstruct exactly what happened, why it happened, and who approved it — for any action, at any point in time.
